At Body & Bra, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your purchase. If your new lingerie or apparel isn’t the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hygiene seals are intact and hangtags are still attached.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
